This is a tool rack board I have worked on over several years. The frame is made out of 80/20 extruded aluminum, and the board is Baltic birch with half inch spaced holes. All the brackets I designed and 3D printed to hold my specific tools.

Screwdriver holder with sizes indented.

Adjustable drill holders to fit the different sized drills and impact driver/hold them level.

An adjustable hammer holder to hold the hammer level.

Tool set holder that allows the case to be pulled out when needed.

I created lots of iterations in Rhino, exploring whether to have a shelf or not and such.
