A shoe designed specifically for canyoneering in dry canyons.
The narrow sandstone walls of southern Utah canyons wear out the sides of shoes fast. The sole on this shoe wraps up the sides of the toes to increase durability in the highest wear places. The shoe also comes up high to protect the ankle bones, while still being low in the back for good articulation. They are light colored to reduce heat absorption from the sun.
